Pastor Todd Carroll has been serving the Bellshire Ministries church for 2 years.  He hails from South Carolina.  Pastor Todd's casual style, timely and powerful preaching along with his love for people endear him to all.  Through his positive example and continuing investment in Bellshire Church, lives are changed and the church has grown significantly under his positive leadership.

Pastor Todd also leads Men's Ministry and Family Ministry.

Pastor Todd is married to the lovely Kathy Kirby Carroll and they have 4 beautiful daughters: Hannah, Aubrey, Rebekah and Emma.

Glynis Varlack Allgood serves Bellshire Ministries as Music and Administrative Director.  Glynis has over 20 years of experience in directing worship, choirs and praise teams/bands and plays keyboards and sings.  Glynis also has over 20 years experience in administrative work having worked in both retail and office environments.

In her spare time, Glynis travels the state of Tennessee ministering through music and assisting churches in need of help in the music area as a consultant.  Her desire is to help other churches incorporate contemporary praise and worship with the traditional hymns of the faith in a fresh and exciting way to reach people of ALL ages.

Glynis has a wonderful 11 year old daughter, Noelle.
